EXECUTION (FABRICATION)
This section is specialized on the execution of the dies destined mainly to the automotive industry, used for obtaining cold plastic deformation of thin iron sheets, for the production of car body parts, and also for other similar domains.
We may produce dies and moulds having overall size up to 4000 x 2500 x H=1800 mm and 30 tons maximum weight.
Machinery
The technical equipment of the workshop allows the execution of the components at a high level dimensional precision.
Depending on the size, the dies components are executed in two different workshops:
- 2D and 3D machining . for rough and finishing
- 2D machining . for small parts

Spotting
The quality and accuracy of the spotting operation is guaranteed by a high experienced and qualified specialist team.
Adjusting assembling
The high professional level execution of those operations is insuring the accurate functioning of the dies.
